Resilience Bakery

Resilience Bakery makes cakes, pies, cookies and morning pastries, with a strong focus on vegan and gluten friendly options. Its cake menu runs from classic white and chocolate to a Cannoli Cake and a Bemis Block Blackout Cake, and it offers custom cake designs. Morning pastries include croissants, almond wolfclaws, cinnamon rolls and a vegan cruffin, and cookies include a sea salt chocolate chunk cookie that is the house signature.

Cakes and pies are special orders, with whole pies available year round and some seasonal flavors offered only in summer. The bakery also takes wedding orders and catering for unique events. It is open Wednesday through Saturday and on Sunday morning, and is closed Monday and Tuesday. The shop is on North Main Street in Canandaigua, and the owners note that holidays and football game days can change hours.
