Alcantara Vineyard

Alcantara Vineyard is a family-owned winery in North Central Arizona known for its award-winning wines and one of the Verde Valley's longest-standing wine clubs. The vineyard grows more than 20,000 vines across 17 varietals and helped pioneer winemaking in the region. Guests can taste wine, eat at the on-site restaurant, and check the live music calendar.

No reservations are needed for tastings, and all ages are welcome. The property sits where the Verde River meets Oak Creek, with two bald eagle nests within 100 yards. Visitors can relax indoors, on the scenic deck or on the grass patio, and the vineyard also offers kayak and tubing trips, horseback rides, jeep tours, hay wagon rides and a wedding chapel among the vines. It is a short drive from Cottonwood and Camp Verde, on the Verde Valley Wine Trail.
