The Ono Poké

Ono Poké serves customizable poke bowls in Birmingham, built from a base of brown rice, white rice, greens or cooked grains, with raw or marinated fish such as ahi tuna, salmon and spicy tuna, plus shrimp, tofu and glazed chicken. Toppings run from edamame and pineapple to jalapeños, avocado and Hot Cheetos, and sauces include spicy aioli, ponzu and yum yum.

Bowls come in a regular 16 oz or large 24 oz size and are ordered online or in person at its locations. The business has several spots around Birmingham, including The Summit, Edgewood in Homewood, The Pizitz Food Hall downtown and a location in Hoover. Gift cards are sold, and catering is available for events through a request form.
