Sparrow Counseling

Sparrow Counseling offers counseling for couples, individuals and families, with a focus on helping people through difficult life transitions and hard conversations. Its services include couples counseling, couples intensives that run over one or two days, discernment counseling for couples unsure about their marriage, trauma and EMDR therapy for individuals, and family support during separation, divorce, co-parenting and blended family changes.

Sessions are offered in person and online. New clients can start with a free 15-minute phone consultation with a therapist to talk through goals and decide which kind of support fits. The practice is at 1736 Oxmoor Rd in Birmingham, Alabama.
