Apollo Counseling

Apollo Counseling is a mental health therapy practice offering individual, couples, and family counseling with licensed counselors. The practice works with anxiety, depression, grief, perinatal and reproductive mental health, parenting, foster and adoptive parents, life transitions, attachment-based therapy, and OCD, using approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and exposure and response prevention. It also offers pre-marital counseling and support for medical professionals and college students.

Sessions can be held in person or by telehealth, and new clients can start services by calling or emailing the office. Active clients can reach their counselors through a client portal. The office is at 586 Shades Crest Road in Hoover, Alabama, and is open weekdays during business hours. The practice also offers LGBTQ+ affirming care.
