Hope House Counseling and Education

Hope House Counseling and Education is a practice of counselors, mentors, and life coaches who work on trauma, relationship problems including infidelity, and compulsive sexual behaviors. The practice also offers couples counseling, premarital counseling, and sports psychology, and uses EMDR and Internal Family Systems in its work.

Individual therapy is available throughout Alabama, and online counseling is offered. Life coaching, recovery coaching, and trauma coaching reach clients across the country. Groups and mentoring for athletes are also part of the practice. Office hours run weekdays from late morning into the evening, and the practice has an office in Birmingham.
