Eric Crowe M.D.

Dr. Eric Crowe is a general psychiatrist, and his practice also includes Dr. Nathan Hansen, M.D., and Dr. Joel Melvin, Ph.D., a therapist who has worked with Dr. Crowe for many years. The practice offers general psychiatry and telepsychiatry, so some patients are seen remotely instead of in the office.

Telepsychiatry visits take place in a video waiting room, and patients need a phone or computer with a microphone, camera and internet connection. Appointment links are sent by email each morning, and the office will text a patient's phone when a visit is moving up. After a visit, patients call the front office to book the next appointment and pay any copay. The office no longer accepts email, so calls are the way to reach it. Calls can go straight to voicemail when the line is in use, and the staff aims to return messages within one business day. Anyone with a medical emergency is told to go to the nearest emergency room or call 911.
