Vitality Counseling

Vitality Counseling offers individual, group, couples and youth counseling, along with workshops on health, wellbeing and specific mental health topics. Licensed clinical professional counselors Amanda Berge and Catherine Meili lead the practice, and Catherine Rehberger has recently joined the team.

The practice also works with businesses on workplace culture and on handling emotion, behavior and relationship issues at work. Appointments are scheduled by phone or through the website, and a free 15-minute consultation is available before booking. The main office is at Park Avenue in Barrington, with a second location on East Algonquin Road in Algonquin.
