At Peace Within PLLC

At Peace Within PLLC is a therapy and wellness practice that takes a holistic approach to mental health for children, teens, adults and families. Its clinicians work with anxiety, autism, ADHD, trauma and grief, OCD, and behavior concerns, using approaches such as play therapy, sandtray therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, and brainspotting. Parent coaching and group offerings, including social and resiliency groups, sit alongside individual therapy.
