Steyn Integrative Counseling

Steyn Integrative Counseling is a boutique trauma therapy practice for teens and adults. Founded by Chrissie Steyn, it uses Internal Family Systems therapy alongside EMDR, somatic and nervous system work, and spiritually sensitive therapy for faith-related pain. The practice also offers preparation and integration for clients receiving ketamine treatment through a medical provider.

Individual and couples sessions are available, along with trauma-sensitive yoga in private and small-group settings. Clients can meet in person or by telehealth where permitted by law, and the practice serves clients in Illinois and Florida. Requests for a consultation receive a reply within 48 hours, and good faith fee estimates are provided for therapy and wellness services.
