Evergreen Therapy

Evergreen Therapy is a counseling practice serving teens, young adults, adults, and parents who feel stuck, uncertain, or anxious in their daily lives. The practice works with concerns such as stress, grief and loss, self-doubt, relationship changes, and drug-related challenges. It also offers support for new and expecting mothers, including those dealing with infertility or postpartum struggles, and for men and new dads. Teens and tweens dealing with anxiety, ADHD, and perfectionism are a particular focus, as are college students and young professionals.

The practice was founded in 2019 by Jenna, who set it up so each client is matched with the therapist best suited to their needs. A second therapist, Allison, has since joined, and the team is small. The office is at 800 S. Northwest Highway in Barrington, Illinois, and clients can reach out by phone to start the process.
