In-Shape Health Clubs - Bakersfield White Lane

In-Shape Bakersfield White Lane is a full-service gym with about 47,000 square feet of renovated workout space, including free weights, a large cardio area, a turf functional area, studio classes and an indoor pool. Its signature offering is VTL Training, a small group class format offered as VTL: BOX or VTL: ROW that focuses on strength and conditioning with coaches leading the sessions.

The club has an on-site Kid Zone for members who want childcare during a workout, and the R Studio recovery room offers hydromassage beds, massage chairs and compression boots for members with Preferred Plus Perks. Members can add family or friends to a membership for a dues discount. The gym is at 4801 White Lane on the west side of Bakersfield, California.
