Space Kat BBQ

Space Kat BBQ is a barbecue spot that smokes cuts of meat not often found in Central Texas barbecue, while keeping traditional smoking methods. The menu includes tri tip, baby back ribs, lamb chops, coppa, hot links and smoked chicken thighs, served by the pound with pickles, onions, pickled jalapenos and a sweet and tangy sauce. Sides include potato salad, coleslaw, cowboy beans and mac n cheese. The sauces are a big part of the brand, with names built around a space theme.
