EpicSUP

EpicSUP is a paddle board and kayak rental dock on Lady Bird Lake in East Austin, established in 2011. Its staff and instructors can teach beginners the basics of paddleboarding and help more experienced paddlers explore the lake, and the dock also rents kayaks for fishing trips.

The dock is a good fit for families, coworkers, morning workout groups and larger parties, including bachelorette and bachelor groups, corporate team building, birthdays and SUP yoga events. Vehicle parking is free in the small shared lot or on the street, and there is plenty of bicycle parking. Visitors should park only in designated spots to avoid tickets or towing. The dock is near the east end of the Austin Boardwalk, close to Snake Island and Festival Beach.
