Phatu0027s Fight Club

Phat's Fight Club is a martial arts school in Aubrey offering jiu-jitsu and Muay Thai kickboxing for kids and adults. Its kids programs pair self-defense with lessons in focus, discipline and respect, while the adult classes combine Muay Thai striking with jiu-jitsu grappling. The club also draws on wrestling in its training.

Private lessons and a summer camp are also on the schedule. New students need comfy clothes, a water bottle and an open mind, and adults with no fitness background are welcome. Parents can step out during class or stay and watch. Sign-up is through the form on the website or by phone. The school is on Navo Road in Aubrey.
