Structural Integration sessions to restore posture and movement131 Bridge Street, Suite B, Arroyo Grande Village, CA
Resilient Body is a Structural Integration practice run by manual therapist Leo Frost, who also works in visceral manipulation. The approach is a series of myofascial sessions meant to correct long-standing postural patterns, often for chronic back, neck, or hip pain. Clients commonly work through a twelve-session series, and reviews on the site mention relief from back and hip pain, better posture, and improved movement.
Sessions are offered in one-hour, one-and-a-half-hour, and two-hour lengths, and the first visit begins with an assessment. Clients are asked to bring any medical history such as x-rays or MRI results, and to wear athletic shorts and a sports bra or swimsuit. Leo does not offer relaxation massage but can refer clients to local massage therapists. The studio is at 131 Bridge Street in Arroyo Grande Village.
