Arroyo Chiropractic is a chiropractic practice led by Dr. Amie Bend, D.C. Patients usually come in for back or neck pain, headaches, or muscle tension and stiffness. The practice also offers neuropathy chiropractic, spinal decompression, and care for sports, work, and auto accident injuries, along with weight loss, laser lipo, and nutrition and fitness support. Dr. Bend grew up around chiropractic, since her father and brothers also practice, and she says she can draw on their experience when a case calls for it.

The office in Arroyo Grande is accepting new patients. A first visit includes a consultation, an exam, x-rays when they are needed, and a report of findings reviewed with the doctor. Financing options and medical lien arrangements are available. Dr. Bend says she will tell patients plainly when she cannot help them and will work with them to find another path.
