Five Cities Veterinary Hospital

Five Cities Veterinary Hospital is a family-owned veterinary practice that provides general pet care along with urgent care for cats and dogs. Drs. Gerrit and Kimberly Berg opened the hospital in 2007, and the team offers standard in-clinic visits, drop-off appointments, car-side appointments for nervous pets, and telemedicine. Dr. Gerrit has interests in soft tissue surgery and dentistry, while Dr. Kimberly focuses on internal medicine and preventive care.

The hospital recently moved to 1558 W. Branch Street in the Oak Park Shopping Center, in the former home of Central Coast Pet Emergency, and offers Saturday morning appointments. Existing clients can book appointments and request prescription refills through PetDesk, or call the office. New clients complete registration forms on the website before the team contacts them to schedule. The practice has also joined the Fear Free Certification Program, and prescriptions and food can be ordered for delivery through its online store.
