Primary Care of Appleton

Primary Care Associates of Appleton is an independently owned clinic offering family medicine and internal medicine for patients of all ages. Its providers treat illness and injury, focus on preventive care, and manage chronic conditions, including diabetes through a dedicated management and education program. Services also cover women's health, men's health, pediatrics, immunizations, sports medicine, school and sports physicals, and occupational health.
