Mosaic Family Health

Mosaic Family Health is a family medicine clinic serving more than 6,000 patients of all ages, offering maternity care, pediatrics, acute and chronic illness care, geriatrics, mental health care and hospital care. The clinic has been providing holistic care for about 30 years and is home to the Fox Valley Family Medicine Residency Program, an affiliate of the Medical College of Wisconsin, so residents train alongside its physicians.

Appointments are made by calling the clinic, and most insurance plans are accepted. Weekday hours run into the evening, with a Saturday morning session, and physicians on call are reachable around the clock for after-hours concerns. The clinic sits in downtown Appleton and is co-sponsored by ThedaCare and Ascension, with services also provided at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center and St. Elizabeth Hospital.
