Family Care of the Fox Cities

Family Care of the Fox Cities is a family medicine practice that cares for patients across their whole life, from newborns and children through teens, adults and seniors. Services include sports and school physicals, pediatrics, newborn hospital care, same-day visits for unexpected illness, on-site X-ray and lab testing, chronic disease management, mental health care for depression and anxiety, skin care such as lesion removal and acne treatment, and nutrition counseling. The practice also offers sports medicine, including injury diagnosis, steroid injections and platelet rich plasma.

Same-day appointments are offered whenever possible, and some Saturdays have appointments. Telehealth visits by phone or video are available, and patients can use the online MyChart portal for test results, refills and bills. One of the physicians is on call 24 hours a day for established patients. The office is at Van Roy Road in Appleton and is accepting new patients.
