Mr. A's Beignets

Mr. A's Beignets makes fresh, hot New Orleans-style beignets and serves them from a bakery on wheels. The menu is simple: a Traditional Trio of three beignets, with caramel, dark chocolate fudge or Nutella for dipping, and chicory coffee, hot cocoa or spiced cider to go with them.

The truck covers the Triangle area, including Apex, Cary, Durham, Fuquay-Varina, Holly Springs, Morrisville, New Hill and RTP, and goes to North Topsail Beach seasonally. Events are a large part of the work. On-site service in Apex starts with a two-hour minimum, and organizers are asked to share the date, location, guest count and power needs ahead of time. Cold drinks include Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite and bottled water.
