Buoy Bowls

Buoy Bowls is a mobile food business known for açaí and pitaya bowls, along with smoothies, oatmeal bowls, mango blend bowls and coconut blend bowls. Its bowls are blended rather than scooped, and the company uses its own organic grade A açaí, sourced from the Amazon rainforest and frozen at peak freshness. Many bowls are topped with ingredients such as granola, bee pollen, cocoa nibs, goji berries and honey.

Orders can be placed ahead through the Buoy Bowls app, and the business runs purple food trucks around the Apex, Cary and Raleigh area, with a location in Ocean Isle Beach. It also offers catering for parties, meetings and corporate events, and gift cards. A Tuesday deal gives a free bowl when you buy two.
