Six11

Six11 is a student apartment building on East University Avenue, directly across from the University of Michigan campus. It rents studio and four-, five-, and six-bedroom apartments, with layouts for living alone, sharing with a roommate, or taking a whole apartment with a group of friends. Shared amenities include a 24/7 fitness center, a resident lounge, a top-floor penthouse lounge with views of the Ann Arbor skyline, study spaces, and a heated rooftop terrace.

Leasing is handled by an on-site team, and prospective residents can book an agent-led tour or a self-guided tour, with tours offered daily from early morning until 9 PM. Bicycle storage and a 24/7 package room are on site. The Diag is about two blocks away, South University Avenue restaurants are right outside, and the State Street District is a ten-minute walk.
