Bartonbrook Properties

Bartonbrook Properties is a rental management company with more than 25 rental properties in the Ann Arbor area, mostly around the University of Michigan. Its listings include one-bedroom through five-bedroom units, plus some larger properties with up to ten occupants, and it posts a search tool for finding rental space by bedroom count.

Most of the properties are less than two blocks from the campus perimeter, so the company can help renters find a place within walking distance of the university. The office is at 820 Hill St in Ann Arbor, open weekdays during the business day and closed on weekends. Sublet listings and lease forms are also available online, and the company says it has recently renovated many of its properties.
