Sic Transit Cycles

Sic Transit Cycles is a full-service bike store and repair shop in Ann Arbor, selling new bicycles and accessories and running a bike service center with mechanics who handle everything from tune-ups to vintage overhauls, suspension work and wheel building. The shop carries brands such as Cannondale, Jamis, Marin, All City and Surly, and its fitting studio is run by partner business Fitmi.

Repairs start with a free, no-obligation evaluation where a service writer explains the work and gives an estimate before anything proceeds. Bikes can be left in the shop's basement until the service date, and the shop texts, emails or calls when repairs are finished. The shop also rents bikes by the hour, day or week, including through its website. It is located in Lowertown in Ann Arbor, at 1002 Pontiac Trail.
