Old Town Rentals Home Page

Old Town Realty is a family-owned rental company that leases student housing near the University of Michigan campus, along with homes, condos and apartments across Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti. Many of its properties sit within steps of U-M campus buildings, and the company also has housing options for the Eastern Michigan campus. Its family and staff have lived in the area for many years and help renters find a place that fits their lifestyle and budget.

Renters can apply for listed properties online, pay rent through the tenant portal, and submit maintenance requests at any hour. An in-house maintenance team handles repairs, and emergency service is available 24 hours a day. The office is at 210 Huronview Blvd in Ann Arbor and keeps regular weekday business hours.
