Campus Realty is a student housing company in Ann Arbor that rents apartments, lofts and houses to University of Michigan students and their families. The company says it has more than 50 years of experience and operates over 20 locations around central campus, including furnished units and a selection of boutique properties. Units range from studios to six-bedroom lofts, and most properties have on-site parking.

Most buildings sit right next to central campus, within walking distance of classrooms, athletic and cultural facilities, and the shops and restaurants along South University and State Street. Maintenance requests can be submitted 24/7 through the online resident portal, and after-hours emergency maintenance is available.
