Norfolk Homes

Norfolk Homes is a home builder that develops new home communities and builds custom homes on buyers' own land. The company says it has been building for over 33 years across Washtenaw, Livingston, Jackson, and Calhoun counties, with a focus on flexible floor plans, energy-efficient construction, and hands-on craftsmanship. Its site highlights a Quick Move-In Homes program and a range of floor plans, including the Briarhaven model that the company started with.

Buyers can tour model homes and newer communities such as The Meadows of Encore at Heritage Woods, which has an open house listed for October. The company is based at 8178 Jackson Road in Ann Arbor and also offers a warranty program and a design center for finishing choices.
