AnnArbor Builders

Ann Arbor Builders is a builder and developer that has worked in southeast Michigan since 1971. The company develops residential communities, builds single and multi-family homes, and converts old buildings into homes and workspaces. It also handles residential and commercial remodeling and manages income-producing properties, with projects in Ann Arbor, Northville and Saginaw, and past work in southeast and southwest Florida and southeast Georgia.

The company was founded by Alex de Parry, who still leads it, and has built much of its business on repeat clients and referrals. Its office is on Pauline Blvd. in Ann Arbor, and its Ann Arbor condos and adaptive reuse homes are listed on its website with floor plans and neighborhood information.
