MOVE Wellness

MOVE Wellness is a Pilates and Gyrotonic studio offering reformer and mat Pilates classes, private sessions, and Gyrotonic Tower and Gyrokinesis small group classes. The studio also runs a six-week fitness program for women in the menopause transition and a Pilates instructor training program for people who want to teach.

New clients can start with a one-on-one introductory private session or a first reformer or mat class at a discounted rate. Virtual classes, including live-taught options, are available from home. On-site massage therapy and craniosacral therapy are offered, and the studio is located off I-94 at the Jackson Road exit in Ann Arbor.
