Kramer-Triad Management Group manages homeowner associations, condominiums and other community properties across Michigan. Its services cover day-to-day association administration, financial administration and assessment billing, vendor and bid coordination, and on-demand property maintenance. Boards work with a local team of about 90 people, and residents and boards use the TownSq portal for account balances, online payments, work orders, architectural requests and meeting materials. The Ann Arbor branch serves communities in the area, and the main office is in Troy. Fees are quoted per community through a written proposal, so a board can request one for its property.
