Issa Properties

Issa Properties is a family-owned management company that rents apartments and houses in Ann Arbor. The company keeps its portfolio deliberately small, with a mix of converted single-family homes and apartment buildings, many of them aimed at University of Michigan students. Its listings include properties on South Main Street and Packard.

Tenants can apply online and schedule tours with the leasing agents, and virtual tours are available. Every property has on-site parking, and the company says its maintenance teams respond around the clock to urgent and non-urgent needs. The office is at 341 East Huron Street, near downtown Ann Arbor.
