International House Ann Arbor

International House Ann Arbor is a nonprofit living-learning community that houses and supports international and US students and scholars, with a focus on peer-to-peer diplomacy and intercultural understanding. Most residents are affiliated with the University of Michigan, and the group has been running since 1880.

Residents share common spaces for cooking, studying and socializing, and the house hosts community meals featuring different cultural cuisines, celebrations and cultural and social programs. The building sits within walking distance of the main campus, the Diag, downtown shops, restaurants and museums, at 921 Church St.
