Inter-Cooperative Council at Ann Arbor

The Inter-Cooperative Council at Ann Arbor provides affordable student housing through its cooperative, which has operated since 1932. It runs 16 houses concentrated around central campus, with groups on North State Street, South University, and Hill Street, plus one on North Campus. Each house has its own personality and history.

People looking for a place can compare the houses on the website, check winter term availability, and submit an online housing application. The Housing Department works out of the Rochdale Center on East William Street on weekdays, with shorter hours on Thursdays, and the Finance Office is a separate line for billing questions.
