Childcare & preschool in Ann Arbor

Childcare and preschool businesses look after children while parents work, study or need a break, and many also offer early learning built into the day. Services like infant care, preschool classes, after hours programs and summer programs are common, and some centers add options such as language immersion or a set curriculum. When you compare places, ask how they handle drop-off and pickup, what the teacher to child ratio is for your child's age, and how they communicate about meals, naps and milestones. Visit during a regular day if you can, and ask about waitlists early, since spots for infants and popular programs often fill months ahead.
