Central Property Development

Central Property Development is the operating arm of Central Equity Investments, a real estate firm whose roots go back to 1910, when it was founded as Central Warehouse. For most of its history the company ran warehousing and logistics operations and built up more than 750,000 square feet of space. Those logistics businesses were sold in 2013, and the firm now focuses on single tenant net lease investment properties along with real estate investment and management.

Based in Ann Arbor, the company works as an owner, investor and manager of commercial property rather than a walk-in service, so most neighbors will deal with it on property matters rather than day-to-day purchases.
