Beckett & Raeder is a multi-disciplinary design firm offering landscape architecture, planning, engineering and environmental services. Its work spans placemaking, neighborhood design, streetscapes, master plans and native landscapes, with a focus on parks and public spaces, downtowns, waterfronts and streets and infrastructure. The firm works for municipal governments, state and federal agencies, institutions and private clients, and has completed projects in virtually every region of Michigan and in more than 25 other states.

Founded in 1966 as a partnership in Ann Arbor, the firm has a current office at 535 W. William Street in Ann Arbor, with additional offices in Traverse City, Petoskey and Grand Rapids in Michigan and a contact in Toledo, Ohio. Its team has a LEED and sustainable project background and approaches work with ecological sensitivity and economic sensibility.
