AHVMA

AHVMA is the American Holistic Veterinary Medical Association, a membership organization for veterinarians and associates who practice integrative veterinary medicine. It publishes a peer-reviewed journal on the subject, along with proceedings from more than twenty years of conference presentations and a regular newsletter. The group also maintains the Natural Medicines Database, an evidence-based library of supplements and therapies.

Pet owners looking for a holistic veterinarian can use the member finder to search for one near them. The association runs an annual conference with on-demand recordings and continuing education credit, and there is a separate student membership category. Members can also get discounted vaccine titer testing through Kansas State University's diagnostic lab.
