Align Rehabilitation LLC

Align Rehabilitation is a physical therapy practice focused on amputee rehabilitation. Its therapists work with people before and after limb loss, from pre-prosthetic conditioning to advanced prosthetic gait training, upper extremity training for body-powered or myoelectric devices, and osseointegration rehab after implant surgery. The practice also runs functional level testing to help prosthetists choose components and offers wheelchair evaluations in its seating clinic.

The practice was opened in 2022 by physical therapist Michelle Jamin, who also trains other physical therapists in limb loss care. Patients can book an appointment through the website or call the office. The clinic is in the Box Hill Corporate Center in Abingdon, Maryland.
