Foundations Counseling

Foundations Counseling offers individual, couples and family counseling for teens and adults. Sessions address grief, trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions and ADHD, and the practice is a good fit for people who want steady support through a hard stretch or who are looking for tools to make a change. Counseling is available in person or by teletherapy.

The office is in the center of York Village, in the space above the former Village Scoop location. Appointments are scheduled by phone or email, with some evening and weekend sessions available. A sliding fee scale and flexible payment options are offered, so callers can ask about cost before booking.
