CrossFit Harpoon

CrossFit Harpoon is a CrossFit gym in York that has coached members since 2013. The gym describes itself as the first CrossFit gym in Southern Maine, and it works with members at all fitness levels, from former athletes to people who have never held a gym membership. Its goals include building strength for hiking, keeping up with skiing, and protecting the back during busy stretches of life.

New visitors can book a free introduction, where the staff show you around the gym and answer questions before you commit. Classes run on a set schedule, and drop-ins are welcome. The gym also serves visitors staying in Kittery, York, Ogunquit and Wells, and it runs a kids program. It is located at 97 Raydon Road in York.
