Blind Coyote Cantina

Blind Coyote Cantina serves California Ranchero cooking shaped by chef Karl Pfleider's Mexican heritage. The menu runs from octopus con chorizo and shrimp ceviche to carnitas tacos, chicken mole and birria, with complimentary chips and salsa and guacamole made tableside. The agave bar pours curated tequilas and mezcals alongside house-made ginger beer mules and specialty cocktails.

The cantina is in Yorba Linda and serves lunch and dinner, with takeout and delivery available and orders placed online. It hosts private events at the restaurant and also caters off-site. Kids have their own menu, and gift cards are sold for the restaurant.
