Chashu Ramen & Izakaya

Chashu Ramen & Izakaya is a modern East Asian restaurant serving ramen alongside small plates in the style of a Japanese izakaya pub. The menu draws on flavors from several East Asian countries, and the kitchen is led by local chef Son Vo. A limited sushi menu is also available.

The restaurant sits on Franklin Street in downtown Worcester, across from City Hall, and offers private events for groups. Dinner service runs most evenings, with weekend hours starting at noon.
