Minglewood Distilling Company

Minglewood Distilling Company is a craft distillery in Wooster that makes whiskey, bourbon, wheat whiskey and a range of other spirits, with a signature rye whisky among them. The distillery sits in the restored Minglewood Coal & Ice Co. building, which dates to the 1880s, and its website also lists a catalog of cocktail recipes built around its spirits.

The tasting room runs a bottle shop on weekends, with Saturday hours from noon to 8 PM and Friday hours from 4 to 8 PM. The Ice Plant space is used for private events, and the distillery hosts themed parties, historical talks and tastings with food and drink pairings. The business is on East South Street in Wooster, in Wayne County.
