Bacio di Latte

Bacio di Latte makes gelato and fruit sorbet in its own shops, producing it fresh every day in each location. The brand was started in 2011 by two brothers who traveled across Italy learning traditional gelato recipes, and the shop keeps to those methods. Its sorbets use water and a high proportion of fruit, and the milk and cream come from family farms in Sonoma County.

The menu includes classics and best-sellers alongside a new set of flavors and spotlights each month. Chocolate, pistachio and hazelnut are sourced from Belgium, Italy and Piedmont. Gift cards are available, and the business offers local delivery and an affogato bar. The shop at 6344 Topanga Canyon Boulevard serves the West Hills area of Los Angeles.
