YOUTH SPORTS GYMNASTICS

Youth Sports Gymnastics teaches recreational and competitive artistic gymnastics for boys and girls, along with tumbling and jump rope classes. Programs run from parent-tot classes for walking toddlers through preschool, beginner, intermediate and advanced levels for older children and young adults. The gym is also home to Jump Rope FX, its competitive jump rope team.

Classes are paid monthly, and the gym does not offer refunds, though make-up classes are issued as credit when possible. Birthday parties and seasonal day camps over winter break, spring break and summer are available, and birthday parties need to be booked by phone or in person. The facility is in a multi-sport complex on Prince William Parkway in Woodbridge, Virginia, and is closed on Sundays and on several holidays.
