Twin City Counseling

Twin City Counseling provides substance abuse assessments, treatment and counseling, with much of its work focused on DWI cases. Services include DWI, non-DWI and DWLR assessments, along with short-term and long-term outpatient treatment. The practice has been operating since 1978.

The office is in Winston-Salem and serves the surrounding communities of the Piedmont Triad. Out-of-state reviews are available for people who no longer live in North Carolina. Confidentiality is central to how the team works, and staff guide clients through each step of the DWI process and can connect people with additional support when it is needed.
