Sanctuary at West End

Sanctuary at West End offers counseling, Internal Family Systems work, shamanic healing, spiritual direction, massage therapy, lymphatic drainage and Healing Touch, all taken from an integrative approach that treats mind, body and spirit as equally important to health. The space also has far infrared sauna sessions and BioMat sessions, which can be booked before or after a practitioner visit.

Everything is by appointment only, and appointments can be booked online. Infrared sauna sessions run 30 to 45 minutes, with the room available for an hour, and cost $40 each or $175 for five sessions or $300 for ten. Guests can bring their own towel and water bottle, though towels and water are provided. The practice is located in Winston-Salem.
