Sayso is a specialty coffee shop in Winston-Salem that started as a coffee cart in 2019 and opened its brick-and-mortar shop in 2020. It serves Black & White Roasters coffee on drip and espresso every day, with a single-origin drip from a guest roaster and pour overs from other roasters, and sells retail bags of coffee. Pastries come daily from Bobby Boy Bakeshop.

The shop is run by owners Kylan and Rebekah Reasoner. Parking is directly in front of the building and along Brookstown Avenue, which suits grab-and-go customers, and there is also a shared lower lot on S. Liberty Street that customers can use. Drivers are asked not to park in the upper lots on Main Street. The shop also takes catering and event inquiries.
